UK Develop Anti-cheat Software

Plagiarism is currently increasingly rampant among students in the UK. It made the teachers planned to use anti-plagiarism software to determine the originality of the students work.
Barry nLearning Calvert of anti-plagiarism software developer, has developed software Turnitin disclose it can detect the authenticity of works of students. At least the software has been used for more than 90 schools and 130 colleges.

Turnitin is used to cross check the work of students’ online materials. Barry says that young children should be sensitive about the use of material online as reference sources, not just take pieces of text from the internet and claiming it as their own.

Likewise it, Dan Rigby Manchester University economics professor revealed that although the sample used for testing the software spelled out small, but the results are very good. He found nearly approximately 45 percent of students cheating during the task, or even exams.
