Lenovo Starts to Reach Indian Market
After mastering the mobile market of China, Lenovo began to move to India. As quoted from ThinkDigit, the country’s mobile market is rife with featured dual SIM handset. However, Lenovo, with branded phones LePhone, believes that the three cards is better than two cards. For that, they present a mobile phone that supports three cards (two GSM and one CDMA) in India. With A10′s name, Lenovo has a 2.2 inch screen and features a fairly complete. MP3 player, FM radio, Bluetooth, USB, GPRS, WAP, e-mail, 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and video recording capabilities are provided.
Mobile phones with 3D stereo speakers are claimed to be able to provide over 5 hours talk time and 150 hours stand-by mode via the supplied 850mAh battery. Currently, handsets are already available for Rs4.990 or about Rp1 million and can even be purchased through India Times.
HTC HD7 Review
HTC’s new handset is another one set to be rocking Windows mobile, to be precise, Windows 7 for mobile. HTC have the new HTC HD7 lined up for a release date of October 21st so what can we expect from the HD2’s older, but not necessarily bigger brother?
Everyone seemed awe struck when the HD2 became available, with its big screen, its HD screen should I say, was the main attraction at the time and it was the only HD handset available so people swooped down to the high street stores and snapped it up off the shelves and they did all this without realising that the OS on the handset was not up to scratch and the Windows OS to say the least at that time was rather poor. So will it be any better this time around?
Well as of yet there is very little word on the OS for the new handset but if like some other mobile phones you want this one on the cheap, or as cheap as you can possibly get it then you may want to pay a visit to Top10.com and check out some of the HTC HD7 deals that they have available.
If you don’t find one that you like then you can always just stick to your bog standard, normal mobile phone and not jump on the smart-phone bandwagon that the rest of the universe seems to have done, not that you’d feel left out or anything…

Sony Ericsson Elm Review
I’ve been looking for a phone that’s friendly to the environment for a really long time. I try to make sure all my purchases are responsible and in many industries that’s really easy to do. Even houses come with an eco rating and I’ve recently purchased a green hard drive which uses less energy, but I’ve always fell the mobile phone industry has a bit of catching up to do when it comes to green phones.
That is until the Sony Ericsson Elm, at least! I was so impressed with its green credentials that I felt compelled to pen a quick Sony Ericsson Elm Review. While the Elm follows the standard Ericsson monoblock design, it’s really the first green phone I’ve ever seen to really jump out at me.
Previously, most other eco handsets only had the most basic of features, but Ericsson have finally made us a handset that can rival a regular phone with features, including a 5 MegaPixel camera, multimedia capabilities and a clever design. It’s even got a built in GPS and takes advantage of the Ericsson SensMe technology to recommend playlists depending on your mood.
Other phones might be able to do things like this, but as far as green phones are concerned the Elm handset has no competition at all! It runs using a special low consumption battery which sounds like it might mean you sacrifice battery life, but instead the Elm pushes out a more than respectable 446 hours on standby, and can last for around 4 hours of calls which rivals much more power hungry handsets.
The Elm handset is so good it’s likely to start a revolution in eco phones and shows other phone manufacturers that they can make a phone that’s both better for the environment and still something that consumers want to buy!
